June Painting Contest – Here there be Dragons [06/30/2026]

Join us for our June Painting Contest!

For this contest, we’re painting the special mounted dragon heads (crossing our fingers that these come in time!) Since these miniatures are a little more expensive this month, the prize pool will be much larger!

You must purchase the miniature you use from Red Raccoon Games, as the prize pool for the contest is calculated from this.
X*50% Credit per entry in prize pool
Beginner and Regular categories
Only one figure per entry
2 Winners per Category
Staff Pick (prize pool)
People’s Choice (X*50%)
Usual rules for additions: you can add decorations and garnish, but the model itself is the star and is what will be judged
Bases of up to 4″ diameter may be used
Submissions due by end of business day on the last day of November.
Staff Pick will be judged independent of People’s Choice
If Staff Pick winner receives majority of online votes, the entry with the next largest number of votes will win People’s Choice.
The same entrant may not win Staff Pick in two consecutive contests
Results will be shared on social media by the end of the following month
